Kim Willcox is a certified Early Childhood educator and proud UCF alumni. She has two children who are both currently studying at USF.

Kim joined Coach Kelly LIVE in 2020 as an elementary math coach and now oversees all client accounts and payroll. In her admin role, she processes invoices and payments for the various scholarships accepted as well as handles all self pay accounts.

Brianna Boden is UCF alumni with a Bachelor in Elementary Education and a Masters in Reading Education. She brings over 10 years of classroom experience with 2 years in virtual education. In addition to her work at Coach Kelly LIVE, she is also an adjunct professor at Daytona State College. She is married with four amazing kids. Her family loves Disney, soccer, being outdoors and simply having family time.

She joined Coach Kelly LIVE in 2023 as a coach and was promoted to Director of Coaches in 2024. As the Director of Coaches, she oversees recruiting, training and retaining our expert talent.

Hannah Philby has an AA from Seminole State College and currently attends UCF working on her Bachelors in Kinesiology. She plans to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy because of her love of science and helping people! She also enjoys staying busy so when she’s not working or studying, she runs her small business Jade Rooster Creations.

She joined Coach Kelly LIVE in June 2023 as a coach for most subjects K-12. She was promoted to Administrative Assistant in 2024! She supports the admin team and ensures our community outreach events go smoothly.

Vanessa Banos is UCF alumni with a degree in Elementary Education. Her experience teaching ESOL and ESE quickly made her a huge asset to our admin team. She is married with 2 kids, a daughter and a son. They enjoy family game nights, movie nights, and traveling together.

She joined Coach Kelly LIVE in 2020 as a coach. In addition to tutoring, she coordinates outreach events, explores expansion areas and communicates with Spanish speaking families as one of our bilingual specialists.

Dawn Martorell grew up in Lake Mary and has tutored math for over 15 years. She is married and a proud mom of two wonderful boys. Her oldest son recently graduated from UCF as well as got married. Her youngest son is pursuing a Bachelor’s in Visual Arts with a minor in Student Ministry. She loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s relaxing by the pool or soaking up the sun at the beach.

She joined the Coach Kelly LIVE Team in 2021 as a math coach. She primarily coaches secondary and post-secondary math specializing in test prep. She supports Coach Kelly LIVE in many aspects such as: coach training, registration calls and community events.

Victoria Dowdell earned her Bachelors of Education Degree from UCF and has nine years of teaching experience. She is married with three kids. In her spare time she enjoys heading to the beach with her family and doing anything creative.

Victoria joined Coach Kelly LIVE in the fall of 2025 as a Registration Specialist and primarily enrolls new families. She strives to pair the right coach with every student to ensure successful learning.

Lexa earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English Education and her Master’s in K–12 Literacy from the University of Central Florida. She also completed her Instructional Coaching Certification at the University of Florida. She brings over 15 years of experience in both the classroom and leadership, working alongside students, families, and educators to help them grow and succeed. She recently moved to the Greater Tampa area after getting married, where she is enjoying life with their new dog. She loves traveling, Disney adventures, and exploring new places locally. She also speaks Spanish and helps with our bilingual families.

Lexa was part of Coach Kelly LIVE when it first began in 2020, working as one of the early coaches. She returned in the fall of 2025, now serving both as a coach and in registration services. Lexa is excited to support families, help match students with the right coaches, and cheer them on every step of the way!
