Coach Summary: As a contracted coach with Coach Kelly LIVE, you will be responsible for leading engaging, interactive, and productive one-on-one virtual lessons tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of your clients.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively manage personal schedules
• Strong professionalism with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality of client records and information
• In-depth knowledge of a specific academic subject or expertise in test preparation
• Superior verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain complex concepts, provide instructions, and deliver constructive feedback
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire students to improve their academic performance through effective goal-setting strategies
• Experience using online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, WebEx) to facilitate lessons
• Creativity and flexibility in personalizing the learning approach to suit individual student needs
• High School Diploma required; Teaching Certification or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience in Exceptional Student Education (ESE) is preferred
• Familiarity with Google Workspace is preferred
• Additional certifications may be requested
