Events Team Member Summary: An Events Team Member is responsible for attending and executing events to showcase Coach Kelly LIVE. This individual will set up and break down the booth, interact with potential clients, and be extremely knowledgeable about all services CKL has to offer, with the goal of collecting contacts and booking meet and greets on site.

Job Duties:
- Bring a positive attitude and energy while representing CKL.
- Establish relationships and build rapport with community members, vendors, and suppliers.
- Collect contacts and book meet and greets on site.
- Attend events and provide information to prospective clients on CKL services.
- Supervise the setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
- Assist the Event Coordinator with managing the event schedule and ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
- Inventory Event’s Kits so supplies can be replenished.
- Complete volunteer applications for Orange, Seminole and Brevard County Schools.
- Submit post event survey.
- Additional duties as requested.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Highly effective time management skills to manage time and personal schedules.
- Ability to think outside the box and manage challenges effectively.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must possess a positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Thorough knowledge of services that CKL provides, knowledgeable of correlating academics/grade level – CKL also does social skills, languages, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient communication skills for phone calls, emails, or text messages with community members.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain offerings at CKL to families.
- Experience with using an online platform(s) as the host (Zoom, Google Meet, Webex).
- High School Diploma required.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, FONS and HubSpot preferred.
- Additional certifications may be requested as needed.
